Maverick

Maverick is looking for an *ONLY DOG* active forever home - he's no couch potato!  In his foster home, Maverick is walking four miles a day every day plus an avid, daily ball player.  Although he can be around other dogs, he needs to be the one and only in his forever home.  He did live with cats in his previous home so we think he could live with dog-savvy cats.  

Maverick is 5 years old and weighs 35 pounds.  He isn't overweight, just a larger cocker spaniel. Maverick's ideal forever home is a quieter home as he can be reactive (bark) on the leash and when he sees other dogs, squirrels with a securely fenced yard and no kids under the age of 12. He continues to work on his leash manners so does pull on the leash especially when excited.  Maverick is in great health and looking for that special forever home.
