Meet Maxwell!  This gorgeous boy is around 2 years old and 45 pounds of furry cuteness.  He was surrendered to a North Carolina shelter before making his way to OBG.  Although Maxwell is shy when first meeting new people, he warms up quickly.  He has been great in his foster home -- house trained, good with his foster sister, walks nicely on the leash, quiet when left alone; likes toy.  When he sees his foster Mom he wags his tail and belly-crawls to get closer to belly rubs!

Sadly, Maxwell arrived Heartworm positive.  He has started his treatment for a full recovery and is available for adoption now.  He is fostered in Maryland. To learn more, please send an email at the link below.
