Jake

Please welcome Jake to OBG!  This 7 year old, 31 pound guy is a keeper with his charming personality!  Jake is a "diamond in the rough" as we like to say in the rescue world.  He needs love and care to get his skin healed up and his eyes feeling their best!  Jake walks great on the leash, rides quietly in the car and gets along great with cats and dogs too!  

Jake has a few medical issues including a thyroid condition that is easily treated with daily, inexpensive meds.  He is also blind but that doesn't stop him from walking nicely on the leash, using the stairs and jumping up on the couch!  Jake will visit our eye specialist in the next few weeks to better understand his eye condition but we do not believe he has vision in his eyes.
