Oscar

**PUPPY ALERT** Oscar is a fun loving, high energy 1'ish year old, 28 pound border collie-spaniel mix from a shelter in North Carolina.  He arrived bouncing around the transport truck full of life and ready to conquer this rescue thing!  Oscar was easy to handle at the vet's office and kept his kennel clean.  He is looking for an active family to play with him.  Oscar is good with other dogs and would love another playful friend. When he is not playing, he loves belly rubs and cuddling.

Oscar is doing great in his foster home and is housebroken while his foster family goes to work and school.  He knows sit and ease up when walking on his harness but still needs some help with his leash manners.  He is very treat motivated and knows sit! Oscar is a total love bug with his foster family including kids over the age of 8. We did a cat test and his energy is a bit too much for cats so he is looking for a cat free home.
