Tommy

How can you resist that sweet toothy smile on Tommy?  Of course, you can't!  Tommy is an 8'ish year old, 25 pound boy who is an absolute love bug.  Check out a cute video of Tommy playing here!

Tommy looks like a chocolate cockapoo, as he doesn't seem to shed.  He loves to lavish kisses on everyone!  Tommy is wonderful with the dog-savvy kids over the age of 8 in his foster home and loves hugs! He gets along nicely with his canine foster brother and likes all dogs that are his size and smaller and is learning to like the bigger dogs, too!  He is a remarkably well-behaved dog, and his favorite thing is to go on walks with excellent leash manners. Tommy has the run of the house while his people are away, and he hasn't had an accident or shown any destructive behaviors.  His foster mom suggests that a single-family home would be the most optimal living situation, as he and his foster brother like to chat about things they see and hear around the home.  

Tommy would LOVE to be in a home where people are around more than they are away.  Tommy has resource-guarded some toys (low growls when he had a toy but is learning to share more and more each day), so we recommend making sure that Tommy has space to play with his toys.  Once the toy has disappeared, Tommy is as sweet as sweet can be.
