Spring has the sweetest face of any cocker mix you'll ever see. But behind those eyes there's a question: "Am I welcome here?" Spring and the other OBG Flower Pups were abandoned in the yard by their owner, so she is a bit nervous in new situations and around new people. Because Spring has always lived with dogs, she will need another dog at home to help teach her that life at your house is great and she has nothing to fear.

Spring has blossomed in her foster home in just three weeks and is now Velcro'd to her foster mom: snuggling next to her on the couch and curled up by her side in bed at night. When foster mom gets up, Spring dutifully follows her everywhere she goes, wagging her beautiful long tail. When guests come over, Spring prefers to spend that time in her crate in the bedroom with some tasty treats.

She loves to snuggle with the other dogs in her foster home and would gladly snuggle the cat if the cat were into that sort of thing. (He is not.) Thus far, she has not had a single potty accident in the house. She holds it until she goes outside and then immediately does her business on the grass.

Spring is still a puppy at just 1 year old. She is petite and 18 pounds. She has sable (brown) markings on her feet and teeny tiny brown eyebrows. She walks very nicely on a leash--slowly, with no pulling at all!--around the yard to potty and smell all the interesting smells of the world.

Spring is not a social butterfly, so she won't be at any adoption shows. If you'd like to meet her, you are welcome to stop by her foster home in Burtonsville, MD with your dog(s) for a visit.
