Bear

Please welcome Bear to OBG!  Bear celebrated his first birthday in May and he is looking for his forever home.  His prior owner could no longer care for Bear so we welcomed him into our family with open paws.  Bear is good with dogs, cats and kids over 8 years of age.  He rides quietly in the car and walks nicely on the leash.

Just like all young pups, Bear has lots of puppy energy and working on his housebreaking.  He does lots of fun puppy things like bark at the doorbell (even when on the TV), jumps to greet you, and cries when you first leave but he is learning very quickly in his foster home.  Bear loves toys and will carry one around at all times.  He knows a few commands like sit and go home (aka his crate).  Although he won't get on the furniture, he does want to be in the human bed for nighttime sleeping.
