Please Help Clancy Get Back on All Paws

Meet Clancy! He has been through a terrible ordeal. He was out on his own and probably got his leg caught in a trap seriously fracturing his back leg in multiple places. Treatment at a local shelter made it worse and Clancy needed emergency orthopedic surgery.
