Cricket

In some cultures, crickets are seen as signs of good luck. Cricket is certainly hoping that the new year will be filled with good luck in the form of a loving forever family. This cute girl was picked up as a stray so we don't know much about her former life.

We do know that she prefers a quieter type of home. Cricket was in a temporary foster home and was visited by several spirited children. We have determined that younger kids are not this lady's "cup of tea," but older (8+) respectful dog-savvy kids may be okay.

We do know that she gets along with other dogs and lived with several in a temporary home. At this point, cats are a mystery.

Cricket is housebroken. At night, Cricket slept in her human's bedroom.

While she was receiving initial vet care, we also discovered that Cricket likes to be where the action is. She likes to be able to see people and wants to be where they are. She may cry and vocalize a bit when her family leaves so a single-family home would probably be best.
