Sweet Birdie is looking for a quiet, loving home to spend her golden years. We don’t have a lot of history on her but, for Truman Capote fans, we are sure Birdie was a swan in her past life. She is quietly dignified, loyal and loves to listen to all your news while snuggling next to your hip. She likes to stroll outside but never in a rush. She likes people but lets them come to her. At home, she is house trained and is completely reliable with puppy pads. When you are gone, she will curl up on a dog bed or couch and snooze until you’re back. Birdie is around 12 years old and just a petite 13 pounds. She is ready to fly from her foster home to her forever home now. Do you have room in your nest?
