Meet Archimedes or Archie for short!  Speaking of short, Archie has short little legs, as he is a 2-year-old, 23-pound wire-haired dachshund.  Archie lived with other dogs in his previous home and did very well.  He is completely house trained and sleeps quietly in a dog bed all night.  Archie is no city boy, as he barks when seeing dogs and people on walks.  He prefers the quieter life of the suburbs and would do great with a securely fenced yard.  Archie rode nicely in the car and has great leash manners.  He is initially shy with new people but warms up quickly.  He would prefer a kid-free home.  Archie loves to follow his Foster Mom all around the house.  Archie is a healthy, happy sweetheart looking for his forever home.
