Gracey

Say hello to the one and only beautiful Gracey girl!  This very sweet gal is about 7 years old and a petite 19 pounds.  She was not treated well at her previous home, and she knows this is her chance for a new beginning.  Because of her history, Gracey needs an experienced forever owner willing to show her that life can be good. 

Gracey had painful glaucoma in her left eye, but the doctors agreed she would do best and feel so much better if the eye was removed.  Look at her now!  She has a permanent wink, and we think it is just adorable.  She is very affectionate, jumping into laps and flopping onto her back for belly rubs.  She loves to be petted and will happily snuggle for hours at a time.  She loves to chase and play with toys.  She has an adorable little prance when she walks, very light and bouncy on her feet and with her head up in the air.  She is housetrained.  She follows her humans everywhere they go and loves to sleep close to them on the bed.  

Grace's ideal forever home is where she can be the one and only doggie, so she can continue to learn to trust and be pampered!  She would also do best in the suburbs, where she isn't distracted by the hustle and bustle of city or apartment living.  She would flourish is an adults only home with a nice fenced-in backyard.
