Layla

Here is Layla!  She is a 14-month old cocker mix who was abandoned by her owners.  We don't know much about her past, but we do know she's very good-natured and affectionate.  

Layla is an energetic bundle of fun!  This active pup loves squeaky toys, playing with other dogs, and is very happy when dashing around the yard (a fenced in yard is a must!) or taking long walks each day.  She loves her humans and is a bit shy initially when she meets a new friend.  Our girl is housebroken and rarely barks.

An ideal home for Layla is one where her human(s) are home more often than not and has only been left for about 4-5 hours without a break.  She's very smart and loves learning new tricks (http://youtu.be/KYul0S28XOI ), she's very curious - see her explore a tomato that fell out of the grocery bag (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-sdJKXTlzCYE4fxYd6d1Iw) and although she loves to play with her people, she can play well by herself.
