Gracie
Senior | Female | Adopted
Hi everybody, I’m Gracie, though my foster mom keeps calling me “Sweet Gracie.” I’m not sure why she says that, but I do like everybody I meet. I’m calm, happy, and relaxed just about all the time, and I love being petted and brushed! I don’t need to be brushed, but it feels like happy fingers on my back! I am house-trained, easy to walk on the leash, I rarely bark, and I am a great passenger once I get into a car. I’m a little afraid to jump into cars, but it turns out foster mom keeps treats in there, so I’m getting braver every day!
As you can see from my pictures, I’m an “honorary cocker spaniel.” Foster mom thinks I look like a small golden retriever, except that I’m almost all white. I’m 50 pounds of affection and love. Sometimes I gently sneak one or two feet up onto the couch to try to get closer to my people, but I stop right away if they say no. The vet says I’m 11 years old. I’m not sure what that means, but I feel great! I especially like being outdoors as you can see in my video.
I feel famous since I was recently featured on the cocker blog! Check out my post! :) Want to learn more? Come see me at an upcoming adoption event or send my foster family an email!
Wags,
Gracie
