Sassy

Sassy is a 9 year old sweetheart looking for a forever home.  Her prior owners loved  this girl, but they fell on some tough financial times.  Sassy weighs 26 pounds and is very friendly. Sassy isn't sassy at all but is a well-behaved pooch who knows several commands, such as, sit, stay, potty, come, leave it, and treat!  Sassy needs a quiet, structured home with a family that has time to spend with her.  Her favorite activities are hanging out with her people, playing with her ball, and walking on a leash.   She loves long walks and is eager to show off how well she does this. Sassy is good with older considerate kids.

Her ideal forever home is a single-family home, as she likes to talk a little when you leave her alone for the day -- not destructive, just chatty.  She is just telling you that she will miss you and wants you to come home soon.  Toys are helpful and relieve some of the boredom of being home alone.   Like most cockers, Sassy will need to have her ears cleaned routinely, but she doesn't mind having this done.  She will also need hypoallergenic dog food to keep her skin looking its best.
