YesWillow is a cutie patootie! She is a 5.5 year old, 14 pound perfect Shih Tzu. Willow's prior owner fell on hard times and was unable to keep her. She is friendly with people and pups. Willow rode quietly on transport and walks nicely on the leash. She had wonderful manners at the vet's office. Willow is ready to find her forever home and is fostered in Reston, VA.
