Copper

Copper is a gorgeous 4 year old, 20 pound King Charles Spaniel mixed with possibly a border collie too.  He is a long legged, thin guy who could gain a couple of pounds.  He is a little nervous at first but opens up quickly with lots of boundless energy.  He was originally surrendered to a shelter for not being tolerant of the small child in the home; therefore, he needs a home with older, dog savvy kids.  

Copper tested for very well with other dogs at the shelter and seemed cat tolerant as well.  He has done well at the vet's office for handling and has enjoyed our volunteer taking him out on walks and playing with him.  Copper loved the toys and can jump pretty high to get them from you but a sweet guy.
