Casper

Casper is the friendliest boy!  Casper is around 2 years old and 15 pounds.  He walks nicely on the leash and is keeping his crate clean.  He loves to be in your lap!  His owners surrendered Casper and several other pups to a North Carolina shelter as they were not able to take care of them.  As he lived with several other pups, he is good with other dogs and may actually prefer another pup in his forever home.  Casper needs a quieter home but one that is very active due to his young age -- he isn't a couch potato!
