Coker

Hello,

I'm Coker, but feel free to call me Chet which is what my foster daddy calls me. I think I'm around 8 years old, but I'm not sure.  I am housebroken and have excellent manners. I always sit nicely for treats and as much as I love food (and I really do LOVE food which is why I need to lose a few pounds), I always take treats very gently.  I am a little shy with new people, but once I know you can be trusted, I bond quickly and love to be petted.  Ear scratches are the best!  I'm also very calm and quiet which my foster mommy says makes me an excellent companion in the home.

I was found as a stray and showed up an an animal shelter filthy and with dried out fur.  I'm told I looked incredibly sad which is not surprising.  Of course I was sad.  Wouldn't you be sad if someone dumped you on the street and you had no where to go?  Fortunately for me, a guardian angel took an interest in me and made sure my life was saved by having me treated for something called "heartworms" and then finding this great rescue group called OBG who agreed to take me in and find me a home.

The next step for me is finding my furever home.  Are you the one who will give me my happy ending?
