Peter

Let me tell you all about Peter!  Peter is a sweet, calm, loving guy, who has recovered so nicely after his rescue in July.  His age is a mystery, but we are guessing he is around 10+ years old and weighs just 20 pounds.  

Peter is pretty laid back and loves to hang out with his person.  He is excellent on a leash and enjoys his walks.  He prefers doing his business while enjoying a nice walk, even if just in the backyard.  Aside from food, Peter’s favorite thing is a belly rub.  He knows a couple commands, and he loves to ride in the car.  He makes a terrific co-pilot!

Peter is good with other dogs and cats in his foster home.  Peter doesn't care for the crate so he is looking for a crate-free forever home that will be able to provide mid-day potty breaks.  Peter will need to remain on a grain-free diet, daily inexpensive eye drops and consistent early cleaning.
