Sophie

Meet Sophie!  Sophie is a blonde Cockapoo who is full of life.  This curly-haired cutie-pie is six years old and weighs 23 pounds.  She is a perfect size and shape for her breed.  Sophie warms up to people quickly and will be your best friend in a wink of an eye.  She is friendly, playful, and affectionate and loves to play with other dogs and people.  Going on walks is one of her favorite things to do, but she needs some training to refine her leash manners.  This isn't a big problem, she just needs to get used to walking on a leash and using her best doggie manners.  If a dog hasn't been walked consistently, they need some basic training.  From what her foster dad has seen so far, Sophie is a smart girl and learns quickly.  With some training, she will be an expert on leash in no time.  Her foster dad says that she is so smart that she has mastered the doggie door in record time!  She also knows basic commands such as sit and takes treats very gently from your hand.  Sophie has excellent manners in all other areas.  She rides beautifully in the car, is crate trained, and house trained.   At night she sleeps on a doggie bed next to her foster dad and during the day, she has full roam of the house.  Her foster dad says she is a great little girl.  If you would like to meet Sophie or learn more about her, please contact her foster dad. Until then, Sophie is sending everyone wags and licks!
