Penny

Meet Penny!  She is a beautiful 6 year old, 23 pounds cocker spaniel.  She was turned in by her owner and is a bit confused about all her current changes but everyone she meets adores her instantly.  Penny is super sweet and loves everyone.  Her owners did tell us that she is housebroken.
