Hey!

My name is Reece (with a "c"), and I'm thrilled to announce that I'm ready to find my forever home!  

I used to live with a wonderful couple, but they needed to bring their young grandchild to live with us, and things didn't work out so well for me.  They were very sad to say goodbye.  You can tell that I was loved in my past as I have such a sweet disposition.

I'm 6 years old, which is a perfect age, because I am playful, but I am totally over all of that puppy foolishness.  I am house trained, I weigh about 32#, and I do not get into any trouble when left to my own devices.  I don't get up on furniture, though I do like sleeping in the human bed.  I will snuggle up very close to you.  I also enjoy soliciting attention from people, chewing on bully sticks, licking Kongs stuffed with canned dog food, playing with food dispensing toys - you know, all the good doggie kinds of things to do.

I am a bit of a homebody.  I love visitors, but I don't want to go out much myself.  A single family home with a yard would be perfect for me.  While I wouldn't mind having kids visit me, I don't want to live with the real little ones 24/7.  I might enjoy living with a confident, easy-going dog, but I am used to being someone's one-and-only.
