Freckles

Have you ever seen a cuter boy than Freckles?!  He came to us in search of better days, all the way from North Carolina!  We think our adorable cocker/cavalier king charles mix is ~8-years-old.  He was dumped at an animal shelter by a backyard breeder who no longer had a use for him.  Sadly, he is the poster child for neglect, but the good news is he has a heart of gold.

Freckles couldn't be sweeter if he tried!  He's gotten a much needed dental, neuter and even gotten his tear ducts flushed.  His ears are in sad shape right now, and he just met with a specialist to determine the best course of action.  Luckily, ear surgery can probably be avoided if good preventative ear care is given on a regular basis along with a strict diet of hypoallergenic food.  Freckles doesn't hear much, but that's no biggie.  He'll win you over in a heartbeat with his never-ending displays of affection.

This great guy hasn't had it easy, but you'd never know it by his sunny disposition.  We're looking for a fantastic family to pamper him and show him what true love is all about.  Does that sound like you?
