Trixie

Trixie is a beautiful cream-colored Cockapoo who was turned into the shelter because her owners did not realize that her housebreaking problem was due to hookworms. Can you imagine being dumped at a shelter just because you weren't feeling well?

Good news, Trixie! OBG is here and our vets have gotten the ol' girl back into tip-top shape. We think Trixie is about 10 years old and she is by all accounts a great pup. . She needs to lose a few pounds (don't we all?) so she'd love to get on a daily walking routine and chow down on some carrot sticks with you. 

In her foster home, Trixie lives peacefully with other dogs and cats. Despite being 10 years old, Trixie LOVES to play... as long as it's then followed by a long nap. She will paw at your leg and walk to the door if she needs to go out for potty. Trixie is great in a car and enjoys sitting in the back seat and looking out the window as the world zips by. All in all, Trixie is a lovely golden girl and will thrive in a quiet adult home with experienced doggie lovers.
