Gus

Hi!  My name is Gus but my foster Mom says my name should be Goofy because I am such a fun goof!  I'm 9 years old, 30 pounds, and I love to take my toys and shake them.  I'm good with other dogs and enjoy zooming around playing with my foster brother.  I have lots of energy for a 9 year old fella.

I learned the doggie door in a day!  I have free run of the home when everyone is away because I know to use the doggie door but will need some love and patience if I don't have access outside.  I spend my nights sleeping in the human bed with my foster mom and canine brother.  I'm still working on my leash manners and not exactly sure if I really like car rides.  I took a long car ride with my foster Mom and I did well.  I do have what is called "dry eye" and need daily eye drops to keep my peepers moist and feeling good.  I don't mind the drops and reward my foster mom with kisses and hugs.
