Courtesy Post - Callie

**Callie is a courtesy post, meaning she is NOT an OBG dog.  Her current owner has requested OBG's help in rehoming her.  If you inquire about adopting Callie, her owner will work directly with you and will make all decisions involved in rehoming Callie, including making any decisions regarding home checks and adoption fees to be paid to the owner.  OBG makes no warranties or guarantees of any sort regarding the health or temperament of this dog and accepts no liability in regards to the adoption of this dog.***

Callie will be 11 years old in April 2017 and is a 34 pound gorgeous cocker spaniel located in South Carolina. Callie is good with adults and children of all ages. She has never lived full time with other dogs but has been around them and is fine with them.  Callie was diagnosed with cushing's disease in the last year and requires twice daily prescription medicine at approximately $110 per month if ordered online.  Any potential adopter must be able to continue the prescription medication for her.  She will also require at least an annual blood test at approximately $300 to ensure the medication is the correct dose.  Callie will need someone who is home often and can ensure she receives comfort breaks every 4 hours. Please contact her owner directly to learn more about Callie at paigempayne@aol.com.
