Presenting Charlie Boo! You can call him Charlie for short, of course. He is a gorgeous 8-year-old with buff coloring and a long luxurious tail. Charlie weighs just 22 pounds - his perfect weight. Charlie Boo loves to have company and likes to be with his human peeps; he likes to chat when his foster mommy isn't home, but as soon as she walks in the door he is so happy to see her!
He loves going on walks and is absolutely great on the leash and hasn't met a dog he doesn't like while on walks (large and small) but inside the home he prefers to be your one and only. Check out how excited he gets for walks here! Charlie warms up to strangers easily--cats we are not too sure about yet. Charlie is totally housebroken. Charlie's ideal forever home includes an experienced adopter, single family home without children.
Charlie was diagnosed with sebaceous gland cancer and had the necessary surgery to ensure all the cancer was removed. He will need the area watched closely for any recurrence and repeat vet visits, but he is fully expected to live a long, healthy happy life now. Congrats Charlie!
