Sweetie

Sweetie, our gorgeous 7 year old, 24#, buff girl hails from West VA.  She was living alone outside for six years before a good samaritan rescued her and contacted OBG.  From there our brilliant team worked Sweetie's freedom ride to our local vet.  Now, Sweetie is living the good life in a foster home.

Sweetie is house trained and she has excellent leash manners.  Her foster mom reports that she is a shadow - she just wants love and attention.  She enjoys sleeping on the bed with her foster mom.  So far, she has not showed any interest in chasing toys, but she loves going for walks.

Sweetie is gentle and loving with all people.  She is shy upon meeting strangers, but she warms up quickly.  Her one request is that she be the only dog in a house.  Since she has lived in isolation for most of her life, she isn't comfortable around other dogs.  We've promised Sweetie that she never needs to meet another canine again.
