Sir Charlie

Sir Charlie is a 6 year old, 26 pound sweet and wiggly boy who loves people and other dogs.  He is smart and happily shows off several tricks that he has mastered.  He's housebroken and crate-trained.  

Sir Charlie is looking for a home with another dog as he needs a buddy that can help him compensate for his hearing loss.  He lost his hearing due to really bad ear infections that required surgery to remove the infected parts of is ears.  He is soooo much happier now and healthy but just can't hear.  Due to the hearing loss, he can get surprised so being with another dog helps him understand what is going on around him.  Also due to his hearing loss he is looking for an adult only home. 

Although Sir Charlie has a mass on the right atrium of his heart and some food allergies, the good news is that he has been treated and released by both a super cardiologist and dermatologist!  The reports from both are that the tumor is not growing (Yeah!) and his allergies are under control through diet and daily meds.  He will need to be followed closely by a vet to ensure that everything stays in balance but should lead a totally normal life as a vegetarian.  :-)
