Mango

Mango is an ultra-sweet 12-year-young fella looking for you!  He arrived at a local shelter after being found as a stray just two days before Christmas.  It appears he had been neglected for quite some time, so we're happy we can help fix him up and show him some much deserved TLC! Mango is cute, sweet, affectionate and gentle.  He's so happy to be in a warm place, getting meals consistently and receiving love and attention.  His eyes and ears were infected and have been treated. He had 4 pounds of mats shaved off of him and got a very much needed dental! He does need to get drops in his eyes every day, just to keep them sparkling and healthy. He has a good bit of separation anxiety when he is crated, and needs to go more than normal, so he really needs to have a doggy door. The little guy is also hard of hearing. He loves to be active, chases the ball when you throw it – but he hasn’t learned yet what to do with it (he tries and it is so cute). He does have a lot of energy, loves his walks – and he is a great walker! He loves his foster Mom and Dad, because they have doggie doors and he can go in and out whenever he needs to. He loves to follow you around and just wants to be with you. He will climb up on the bed for a little bit but loves to take a nap in his favorite doggie bed. He has the cutest little freckles and looks at you with loving eyes. Mango gets along with other dogs and cats, and would be a great addition to the right family.
